Returns & Refund Policy

At Evolvio, we craft premium tableware and drinkware designed to elevate your everyday moments. We understand that choosing the perfect pieces for your home is personal, which is why we've created a return policy that prioritizes customer satisfaction.

Return Window

Customers have 60 days from the date of delivery to return items for a full refund or exchange. This period allows sufficient time to evaluate the quality and suitability of your purchase.

Return Conditions

To qualify for return or exchange, items must meet the following criteria:

  • Items must be in original condition with gentle use only
  • No chips, cracks, breaks, or damage from mishandling
  • Original packaging must be retained, including all protective inserts
  • Customer must contact Evolvio within the 60-day return window

Items that have been damaged through accidents, misuse, or normal wear and tear are not eligible for return.

Return Process

All returns must be pre-authorized by contacting our customer service team. Do not return items without prior approval.

When initiating a return, please provide:

  • Order number
  • Purchase date
  • Reason for return or exchange
  • Preferred replacement item (if exchanging)

Our team will provide specific return instructions and a prepaid shipping label.

Exchanges

Items may be exchanged for any other product in our collection within 60 days of delivery, subject to current inventory availability. Our customer service team will confirm available options at the time of your request.

Refund Processing

Upon receipt of returned items, our quality assurance team will inspect each piece to verify it meets return conditions. Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days after inspection is complete. All refunds will be credited to the original payment method used for purchase.

Return Shipping

Evolvio covers all return shipping costs for eligible returns. Customers will receive a prepaid return label upon approval of their return request.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If items arrive damaged or if incorrect items were shipped, customers must contact us immediately with photographic documentation. We will arrange for replacement or full refund at no cost to the customer, including return shipping.

Items Not Eligible for Return

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Personalized or engraved items
  • Items damaged due to customer misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear
